Nevaeh Noir currently ships within the United States only.
By placing an order with Nevaeh Noir, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays. Nevaeh Noir is not responsible for delays caused by increased order volume.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or redirected once processing has begun.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Nevaeh Noir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, including in cases of delayed delivery or returned packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Nevaeh Noir is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to sender due to address errors
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Nevaeh Noir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Contact your local post office or carrier directly
No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Nevaeh Noir within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at Nevaeh Noir’s discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Relation to Returns & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all Nevaeh Noir products are final sale.
No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Refunds are only considered for the Bond & Seal in the event of a verified allergic reaction, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
